The summer has favored us with many new friends (clients) in Sun City Hilton Head in Okatie, SC. Both real estate closings and estate planning. Great people to work with. We new have a office presence in the Sun City area at the Regus Office Center at 110 Traders Cross, Bluffton, SC. It has really been fun for my great staff and me to help the Sun City folks with common sense and affordable estate planning. Reviewing wills, living wills, health care powers of attorney, durable powers of attorney and HIPAA authorizations from other states for newly located South Carolina residents gives us a great chance to meet new friends, and even if they don’t need any of our services, it is fun chance to get to know folks. We never charge for the estate plan review – only if we can help with an updated estate plan – and only then if the client is completely satisfied.
