I laughed until I cried, and then some!
I finished this book two weeks ago, and I can honestly say that I am still missing the characters. To me, that is the sign of a truly great book. This book is not only for those who have a unfulfilled dream or two they are tossing about, but for those who love a good, hearty laugh and a good little cry or two. Fraser is an amazingly gifted writer, and I would not be surprised if he isn’t cranking out his next book. I will be first in line! Buy this book for yourself, and for anyone you know who loves to laugh and dream. Thank you, Denny, for sharing your amazing journey with the rest of us!

Wonderful, funny
Wonderful, funny, inspiring book written by a very good guy. I’ve known and been friends with Denny since the sixties. He is the funniest man I’ve ever known. His humor and great personality show up all through the book. He writes just like he is, inspirational, very funny and determined to fulfill his dream. It tells how his sweet wife and daughters supported him through the whole thing. Once you start reading the book you can’t put it down, just a GREAT book. Phoebe Dinkins

Buy This Book if You Like To Laugh And Enjoy Positive Thinking!
I was so pleased with this book. It is written as if your close friend is talking to you. It makes you laugh, brings a tear to your eye and fills you with emotion. The author, Denny Fraser, has a great sense of humor and it’s off the cuff. I was surprised because I always had the idea that attorneys weren’t funny or acted human!! Mr. Fraser changed that for me. This is definitely a must read book. It is light and reads really fast. It is so uplifting and gives such a positive message. My next thought is that he needs to write another one. I am going to wait for it. If you want some entertainment and enjoyment, buy this book.

EXCELLENT!!!
When my husband brought this book home for me to read, I didn’t know what to expect. From the moment I started reading I could not put it down! My husband would find me sitting and reading and laughing as I went along! I was sad when the book was over and wished that there was more and I wanted to meet some of the people that he so eloquently described!

Denny’s book was pure, thoughtful, and honest. Not only does this book apply to law school, it applies to the “big things in life” that we all face. Even if you aren’t facing law school, it is still a wonderful read to gain some perspective of what it takes to tackle those big decisions, and to understand that it is possible if you keep working!

As I am writing this review, I am laughing as I remember some of the funny stories that were told and I can relate to many of them! If you want a great read that give you these things, and does it with an amazing sense of humor along the way, please buy the book! I highly recommend it!!

Funny, Charming and a Great Read – A Good Weekend Getaway
Absolutely hilarious! Denny Fraser’s stories about going to law school at age 50 are genuinely funny, motivational and full of life’s lessons. I read the book in two sittings because I didn’t want to stop reading. Denny teaches us how to persevere and laugh at ourselves. I am amazed at his talent for telling a compelling story and his memory for details.

There is something for everyone in this book. It is well worth your time if you like to laugh your way through a book. It will put a smile on your face and you’ll be cheering for the underdog by the end of the book.

Congratulations Denny on a great book and another great achievement.

Loved it
I’m not sure what I expected, but Denny made me think differently about people who try anything as challenging as going back to school in the middle of a successful career, and especially with young kids. His lessons about family, friendship and faith were practical and inspiring. He does teach us a bit about the process of getting into and through Law School, but his journey could have been about any number of things and the lessons would have been the same, and just as valuable. He’s clearly a really funny, clever, exceedingly pragmatic guy who loves his family and tries to do the right thing. I really enjoyed this book.

Pretty funny and intense
Pretty funny and intense. Unbelievable really. My son went to law school after undergrad. He changed careers after ten years. I told him about this man and he asked, “WHY?” The author wrote that everyone asked him “why?” I thought it funny my son said the same thing!
