Denny Fraser
Denny Fraser has made Hilton Head Island and the Lowcountry of South Carolina home for his family since 1973. After many successful years working in the construction industry, Denny enrolled in the University of South Carolina School of Law in 1997, and earned the degree of Juris Doctor In 2000. He was admitted as a member of the South Carolina Bar in 2000, and soon after joined in the formation of Finger & Fraser, P.A. where he practiced for fourteen years. With the dawning of the new year, 2015, The Fraser Law Firm, LLC came to life. Denny Fraser is now a highly respected and well-known practicing attorney and author on Hilton Head Island.

The Fraser Law Firm, LLC enjoys a broad private and corporate practice with focus on real estate transactions, construction law, estate planning, employment law, credit relations law, property owner’s association law and general litigation. Denny is honored to have as clients many of the same people and corporations who were his customers during his extensive business career. Denny endeavors in his practice to assist clients in complex problem solving with a focus on achieving the best result for the client, reserving litigation as a last resort only undertaken after exhausting all possible means of amicable resolution and providing the client extensive counseling on the cost and time investment demanded of a lawsuit.
